Princess-Gone But Never Forgotten
Princess was the first pony purchased especially as a Lesson Pony at Linden Farm. She was purchased in 2001 from a local family because the children had outgrown her. She is a Shetland pony who was 15 years old when she came to Linden Farn, She served as a lesson pony and a show pony jumping 18” until she was too old.

She has been a lead-line pony for the last several years of her life and was a sweet and valuable member of the Pony Riders Club taking children as young as three safely around the ring and introducing them to the wonderful world of horses.

She was laid to rest here at the farm at the age of 37. Those who have fed and cared for her were with her as she passed and shed tears of liquid love. She will be sorely missed.
