Riding Lessons

Students and their parents who are new to riding are reminded that this is a sport unlike any other in that the rider is part of a team with the horse. Some riders move along very quickly, others take a little more time to establish competence and develop their confidence. We encourage diligence from our students, but also want them to enjoy their lessons and take pleasure in working with their horse.

It is your responsibility to schedule a make-up lesson within 60 days of the missed lesson unless otherwise arranged with management. Call or e-mail to arrange your make-up lesson.
If the barn has to cancel a class due to weather or bad footing, we will post a notice on the website and send an e-mail to let you know by 1 p.m. on a lesson day. If the weather is bad, please check our website. We will arrange a SNOW make-up day.
